About the team

The HubSpot Sales team is a global, multi-functional team focused on providing outstanding support for our customers through their journey on the HubSpot platform. We are passionate about our customers and creating the best experience for them.

About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives (AEs) focused on acquiring new customers for HubSpot. You will be responsible for the success of your team by driving results in alignment with our goals.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coach and develop a team of high-performing AEs
  • Manage team performance and KPIs to meet and exceed goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Forecast accurately and manage the sales pipeline
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience managing a team of Account Executives or similar sales professionals
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Are passionate about HubSpot and our mission
  • Are comfortable with a fast-paced environment
