  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external vendors to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
  • Manage onsite art direction, ensuring attention to detail and project expectations are met during builds and installations.
  • Source furniture, décor, and materials, providing guidance to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Organize and prioritize project action items, delegate tasks to Associate Art Directors, and support client presentations.
  • Oversee relationships with scenic partners, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project vision and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven spatial design experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating renderings, 3D models, floor plans, and build drawings.
  • Mastery of 3D design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, C4D, or Blender, and render engines like Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, or Vray.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Google Workspace suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and maintain project momentum.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.
  • Benefits:
  • Full-time, salaried position with remote flexibility.
  • Health and dental insurance with multiple plan options.
  • 100% employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance, with options for additional coverage.
  • Paid parental leave and generous time off policies.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Opportunities for growth, professional development, and creative leadership.
  • Flexible work schedules to support work-life balance.
