This role offers the opportunity to lead the creative direction and user experience strategy for a high-performing marketing website, driving engagement, conversions, and customer growth. You will oversee a talented web creative team, mentor designers, and ensure seamless alignment between creative vision and business objectives. The position requires a mix of hands-on design work, strategic thinking, and data-informed experimentation to continuously optimize the user experience. You will collaborate across teams, including product and brand design, to maintain a cohesive digital presence. Accountabilities:
- Lead the creative vision, UX strategy, and execution for all website initiatives, ensuring optimal engagement and conversions.
- Mentor and manage the web creative team to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction with marketing and performance goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design system components to communicate concepts and solutions.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across devices and browsers.
- Maintain and evolve the website design system and visual identity in design tools and CMS implementations.
- Use research insights and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys.
Requirements:
- 10-14 years of experience in interactive web design, UX, or product marketing design, with emphasis on conversion optimization.
- Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
- Extensive knowledge of UX processes, storytelling, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
- Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
- Experience with WYSIWYG website builders such as Webflow or Builder.io is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant web design and UX experience.
