As Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Cority’s visual identity comes to life across channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be a core member of a growing creative team with real influence on how the brand looks and feels. Your work will be roughly 60% producing visual assets, 25% contributing to systems, libraries, and templates, and 15% collaborating across Marketing to keep creative work aligned to broader goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design multi-channel digital assets across social, email, website, and advertising
- Produce print and in-person materials: event booths, banners, OOH ads, and branded merchandise
- Contribute to brand guidelines and help ensure the design system is clear, scalable, and well-documented
- Create and maintain templates that Creative and other teams use regularly
- Partner with Digital and web development on web design and UX
- Work across Marketing (demand gen, events, product marketing, content) to support a consistent brand experience
- Execute campaign creative that’s on-brand and consistent with Cority’s broader identity
Qualifications and Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid understanding of design systems, UI design, typography, and layout
- Comfortable with both digital and print production processes
Skills
- 2–3 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing range across digital, print, and brand systems
- Strong UI and technology design skills; you benchmark against the best technology brands, not just industry competitors
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; quick to pick up new tools
- Actively using AI in your creative workflow, not as a novelty but as part of how you actually work
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Great taste and sharp judgment about what works for different audiences and channels
Attitude, Knowledge & Understanding
- Eager to modernize. You want to be part of building a sharp, modern visual identity for a best-in-class software product
- Comfortable trying new things and learning from what doesn’t work
- Collaborative and low-ego; you work well across functions and take feedback in stride
- Comfortable sharing work for review with stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have
- Motion design and animation (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animation)
- Short-form writing ability: headlines, taglines, campaign copy
- Experience in both small and large organizations
