Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be a core member of a growing creative team with real influence on how the brand looks and feels. Your work will be roughly 60% producing visual assets, 25% contributing to systems, libraries, and templates, and 15% collaborating across Marketing to keep creative work aligned to broader goals.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Produce print and in-person materials: event booths, banners, OOH ads, and branded merchandise
- Contribute to brand guidelines and help ensure the design system is clear, scalable, and well-documented
- Create and maintain templates that Creative and other teams use regularly
- Partner with Digital and web development on web design and UX
- Work across Marketing (demand gen, events, product marketing, content) to support a consistent brand experience
- Execute campaign creative that’s on-brand and consistent with Cority’s broader identity
