As a Creative Director focused on video, you will lead the charge in developing high-performing, breakthrough video content across digital and traditional platforms. This role blends creative vision with performance-driven strategy, overseeing paid social, TV, influencer, and UGC campaigns. You will set the creative direction, experiment boldly with new ideas, and ensure that every piece of content drives measurable results. Working closely with a small, multi-disciplinary team, you will push creative boundaries while using data and AI tools to optimize performance and scale impact. This role offers ownership over strategy and execution, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to shape the future of video creative in a category ripe for innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of high-performing video creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and TV, from concept through production
- Drive creative strategy for UGC and influencer partnerships, creating briefs and frameworks that feel native and convert effectively
- Push the creative envelope, introducing new approaches and concepts that redefine what’s possible in video advertising
- Collaborate with copywriting, production partners, and internal teams to ensure content is both culturally resonant and performance-driven
- Monitor performance data to guide future creative iterations, identify trends, and inform testing strategies
- Champion AI tools and workflows to accelerate concepting, production, and creative iteration
- Build and lead a small creative team, establishing processes and frameworks for producing high-quality work at scale
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in creative direction with a strong portfolio spanning paid social, TV, UGC, and influencer content
- Proven ability to deliver breakthrough video creative at scale, from concept through execution
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and what drives engagement and conversions
- Experience in TV and video production, including collaborating with directors and production teams
- Experimentation mindset; capable of building and using testing frameworks to inform creative direction
- Comfortable adopting AI tools to enhance concepting and production processes
- Strong passion for advertising, culture, and storytelling, with the ability to inspire teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, remote environment
