CX Sr. UX Designer

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements, providing strategic design insights and direction
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions
• Lead Visual Design efforts from initial concepts to a refined design with minimal guidance; mentor junior designers when appropriate
• Independently execute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity) with minimal guidance & coaching
• Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time, while managing priorities and timelines effectively
• Act as an advocate for the user-centric design at our company
• Contribute meaningfully to the company’s Design culture, helping to evolve best practices and standards

What You Will Bring:

• 4–8 years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environment
• A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and high-quality user experiences is required
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Hands-on experience using design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops to build empathy for our users
• Working knowledge of Design Systems, with experience maintaining or contributing to a system at scale
• Ability to design across a variety of digital channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etc
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Extensive experience with user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design
• A passion for user-centered design and a continuous drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required
• Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
