In this role, you will design and enhance digital product experiences from concept to delivery, ensuring usability, accessibility, and engagement across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and end-users to translate insights and requirements into intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes. The position emphasizes a user-centered approach, leveraging design thinking, data, and research to inform decisions. You will also maintain design consistency through style guides, contribute to workshops, and support the definition of project requirements. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking, requiring active collaboration in a dynamic and evolving environment. Remote work flexibility allows seamless integration with distributed teams while delivering impactful user experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops and design sprints, applying design thinking and lean methodologies
- Manage end-to-end digital product design projects, understanding scope and deriving insights from user data and research
- Define project requirements collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
- Conduct usability tests and primary research to inform design improvements
- Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain style guides, interaction flows, and design documentation
- Support the creation of technical proposals regarding UX/UI application in projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Design, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of design thinking, user interface creation, and digital product usability
- Practical experience in planning and facilitating design sprints and co-creation workshops
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools (e.g., Miro) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of platform guidelines for Web, Desktop, iOS, and Android
- Knowledge of information architecture and mental models
- Ability to estimate design tasks and manage project timelines
- Intermediate English proficiency
