Early Career, Associate Product Manager (2026)

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

We're looking for user-driven and deeply technical product managers to join our rotation program. You'll help connect AI, design-to-code, and design systems workflows across Figma's suite of products, enabling our millions of users to go from idea to production faster. You'll be a liaison between design and engineering, working to solve complex user experience flows while ensuring they work for the underlying engineering architecture. This is a chance to experience all aspects of the product development process at a rapid pace while gaining exposure across multiple product areas.

This role will be based out of our San Francisco or New York hub. Applications must be submitted by Friday, September 26th.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Drive forward tightly-scoped, advanced features across Figma products
  • Collaborate with fellow PMs to advance larger streams and define the multi-year vision for these interconnected product areas
  • Work closely with customers as large as Microsoft to as small as solo designers to ensure the needs of all users at any scale are met
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure the systems are built in a scalable, performant way that advances our needs in the future
  • Join forces with designers to find ways to present complex user flows in a simple and easy to understand format
  • Participate in planning and prioritization, tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans

Some projects you could work on:

  • Design system features that improve adoption and consistency at scale
  • Enhancements to Dev Mode and Code Connect
  • AI-powered workflows that streamline design processes and enhance creative capabilities
  • Tying all three together - getting AI to use the context of a design system and help seamlessly hand off the generated designs to development

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Are comfortable working on deep, technically complex problems and have experience working on user-facing product launches
  • Have a knack for visual design and/or design workflows
  • Are excited about shaping how design evolves in an AI-powered world
  • Have experience with design systems, AI applications in design, or design-to-code tools
  • Have a love for designers and building relationships with key customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and external high-profile clients

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
