At Ramboll’s Software as a Service (SaaS) Unit, we are on a mission to empower organisations to shape better futures through data and insights. We are looking for two experienced Product Designers for 12-month covers to help two of our product teams while we have designers on leave. We are an organisation in growth, so there may be a possibility for a permanent position afterwards.
Your role in the product team
As our Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in our product team understanding the users' needs, pains and desires in the strive to define, design and refine our digital products. We are well-established in the market and on a continuous growth journey. You have your daily work in the product team collaborating closely with our current Product Designer, the Product Manager and a team of Software Engineers while also engaging with subject matter experts, and the sales and customer success teams.
Become part of the Design Guild and Stakeholder Intelligence Tech
Besides your product team, you will also be part of our community of design practice, The Design Guild, currently consisting of 7 designers of various skills and experiences. We collaborate and support each other through sparring, design critique, knowledge sharing, and joint efforts such as product discovery practice and design system. As part of our growing Tech organisation (+50 developers and designers), you will be in an agile environment with plenty of opportunity for development and learning.

The second position is in our Heart&Mind team, that supports children’s development and well-being in daycare and schools. We aim for starting the cover on May 1st or before and as a starting point it will run for 12 months.
