Job Description

As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You are passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s image and making customers feel comfortable, cared for and confident. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to everything you do—from the fitting room to the cash register.

Day In The Life

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with professionalism and care
• Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales during checkout
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily execution

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is considered an asset
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Availability includes evenings and weekends
