This role offers the opportunity to design and build dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces that bridge the gap between visual design and functional implementation. The Front-End Developer will work on both public-facing websites and internal tools, contributing to a wide range of projects in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. This position emphasizes collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-performance applications using frameworks like React and Angular. You will be involved in translating wireframes into reusable, maintainable code, optimizing performance, and ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. The role provides autonomy, creative input, and exposure to evolving architectures in a culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous learning.
Accountabilities:
- Develop new user-facing features and translate design wireframes into functional, visually appealing code
- Build reusable components and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability across projects
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other teams to bridge design and technical implementation
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast, responsive, and consistent user experiences
- Support internal UI tools and back-office interfaces to improve operational workflows
- Contribute to website optimization, SEO adherence, and technical best practices for front-end development
- Maintain alignment with evolving architectural standards and development frameworks
Requirements:
- Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially React and Angular
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind, with solid understanding of SPA, SSG, and asynchronous request handling
- Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing and code versioning tools such as GitHub
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed team
- Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Optional: familiarity with Figma, Lokalise, and front-end security best practices
