Requirements
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years in global leadership roles
- Proven success hiring for sales and go-to-market roles, in addition to technical and corporate functions
- Experience building TA infrastructure in high-growth technology companies; cybersecurity industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead dispersed teams and establish operational processes
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for metrics, performance insights, and AI readiness
- Track record of influencing senior leaders and managing executive searches
