Job Description

Frette has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Design Intern. This individual will partner with the Graphic Design team to produce a high volume of creative assets for both online and offline channels, while maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the production of various digital assets including emails, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
  • Support the development of print collateral for retail signage, catalogs, event invitations, and packaging.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
  • Retouch, manipulate, and optimize images for different platforms/formats.
  • Organize and maintain design files in the Frette digital asset library.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the graphic designers and marketing team to develop design concepts.

Qualifications

  • Experience using the Adobe creative suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Video editing experience preferred 
  • Graphic Design major/ previous internship experience 
  • Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adhere to brand guidelines.

This role requires 2 days a week in the NYC office.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $18 - $20 per hour.
