In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping visual storytelling for our partner's digital presence. Accountabilities
- Design and produce graphics for organic social media channels and creative assets
- Edit social-first video including visual treatments optimized for each platform
- Develop and evolve platform-native creative formats
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to translate social strategy into visual content
- Partner with the Creative Director to ensure all creative assets align with brand standards
- Own day-to-day creative execution for social media and leadership moments
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements based on current best practices
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast-moving environment
- Design visuals that support thought leadership and strategic storytelling
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Portfolio should include social-first, platform native work and examples of executive-facing design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Experience creating platform-native content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative execution
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to design for attention in fast-moving social feeds
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience developing repeatable content series or visual systems
