Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Group Art Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team of art directors and designers to produce high-quality visual content for our pharmaceutical clients. This position requires a creative visionary with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate complex medical information into compelling visual narratives.

- Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
- Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
- Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Five to seven years of design experience spanning digital, traditional and print/tradeshow; pharma agency experience is required
- A book of strategic and beautiful work, featuring prowess in typography, conceptual thinking and an eye for varying styles (e.g., photography, illustration, etc.)
- Must be highly conceptual with AOR experience
- Adobe Creative Suite and Figma experience are required
