Job Description

Position Summary

WNS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to drive user-centered design across enterprise solutions, products, and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. The candidate will lead a team of designers and help strengthen the UX capability within WNS, including the evolution of the HEX design system.

Key Responsibilities

• UX Strategy & LeadershipDefine and implement UX strategy aligned with WNS’s broader business transformation goals.Lead discovery, problem framing, and user experience planning for projects and client engagements.Guide stakeholders on UX best practices and influence product decisions.
• Design ExecutionOversee the full design lifecycle: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.Ensure high-quality, consistent designs following WNS’s design system (HEX).Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to usability and accessibility standards.
• Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of UX/UI designers.Allocate resources, ensure timely deliveries, and drive quality across projects.Support team development through coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing.
• Cross-Functional & Client CollaborationWork closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Business teams.Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and design presentations.Partner with clients and internal leaders to understand requirements and define success metrics.
• Research & ImprovementConduct or guide user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations as needed.Translate insights into actionable design recommendations.Track UX success metrics and drive continuous improvement.Required

Qualifications
