Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall design and innovation strategy for Forge.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep Forge ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align design and innovation initiatives with business goals.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, creative developers, and innovators.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages experimentation and growth.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the design and innovation team.
- Oversee the design and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the value and impact of Forge's work.
- Drive a culture of innovation through continuous research and exploration of new technologies and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
- Implement processes and tools that enhance creativity and streamline the design workflow.
- Brand Development:
- Ensure consistency and excellence in Forge's brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to uphold the agency's visual and creative integrity.
- Collaborate closely with Forge’s five business lines of services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably within a creative agency or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex design projects.
- Strong understanding of the latest design tools, technologies, and methodologies, especially in AI and codeless environments.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
