Job Description

Start Date: Spring 2026
Duration: 3 months
Salary: $27-$35/hr
What you’ll do:
- Work on real projects alongside designers, engineers, and strategists across disciplines to develop impactful solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Researching design trends and contributing to client presentations
- Using traditional design tools(sketching/CAD/Keyshot, etc.) to explore ideas and refine concepts
- Hands-on mockups, model making and prototyping.
- Gaining experience throughout the full design process
- Contributing to internal projects to develop technical skills and help bring innovative ideas to life
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Design or adjacent field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for creative exploration.
- Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, process documentation, wide-ranging concept exploration, creative solutions, and aesthetic sense.
- Great communication and visualization skills.
- 2D design skills: Analog and digital sketching, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3D modeling and rendering experience (SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred).
- Prototyping proficiency with the ability to integrate feedback.
- Interest in Generative AI application is a plus (Midjourney / Vizcom / Copilot).
