We’re looking for a creative and strategic Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to lead impactful influencer and creator campaigns for select brands. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients — developing innovative influencer strategies, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business results.
As part of Wpromote’s award-winning Creative team, you’ll work across multiple client portfolios, driving ideas from concept to content delivery. You’ll help shape the future of how brands connect with audiences through authentic influencer and creator partnerships.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $70,000 - $83,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
*While this position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions, we will be giving preference to those located in PST

You Will Be
- Own day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-performing influencer and creator programs across multiple accounts.
- Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with client goals — from campaign ideation to tactical planning.
- Lead influencer campaign management end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, contracting, reviewing content, and reporting.
- Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships that maximize brand ROI and align with KPIs.
- Ensure all influencer and creator content adheres to brand guidelines, creative direction, and FTC compliance (as applicable).
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, uncovering insights and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to integrate influencer and creator efforts across the full marketing funnel.
- Stay ahead of platform and influencer trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, Snapchat, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
- Contribute to new business efforts through research, creative input, and influencer and/or creator program recommendations.
- Educate and advise clients and internal teams on influencer and creator marketing best practices, opportunities, and industry innovations.
- Participate in on-site activations or client events as needed — occasional light travel may be required to support campaign shoots, influencer productions, or team summits.
You Must Have
- 2–3+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience (agency or brand side).
- Proven success managing client-facing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
- A portfolio of relevant influencer and/or creator partnership examples
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational and project management skills — you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Tagger) and working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- A strategic mindset with a creative spirit — you love data as much as you love storytelling.
- Proficiency across key social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Amazon, and more.
Nice To Have
- Additional UGC light video editing, or post-production experience
- Experience managing hybrid influencer-affiliate programs
