As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
Skip the cover letter — show us what you see.
Submit a short (≤2-minute) video introducing yourself and demonstrating how you capture real human stories. It doesn’t need to be polished — we’re looking for instinct, story sense, and energy.
If you already have a reel or project that fits the brief, link to that instead.
Think mini documentary, not talking head.
Upload options:
Share a link (YouTube – unlisted, Vimeo, or Google Drive)
Also include:
1–2 links to prior work (optional)
File name format: Firstname_Lastname_ContentProducer2025.mp4
Prompt:
“Tell us who you are, what kind of stories you love to capture, and show us a moment that made you proud as a storyteller.”
Storytelling instinct: Does the video pull you in? Emotional or memorable moment?
Visual & audio quality: Composition, lighting, and sound awareness (even if raw)
Creative originality: Distinct POV, experimentation, rhythm, and framing
Brand fit: Resonance with our ethos: outperform the norm — pride, human excellence
Communication energy: Are you someone we’d trust to represent the brand on location?
Round 1 – Initial Review:
Our panel shortlists the top 10–12 submissions.
Round 2 – Creative Challenge:
Shortlisted applicants receive a small raw-footage pack and 24 hours to produce a ≤30-second edit. We’re watching for tone, pacing, and instinct.
Round 3 – Conversation:
Live virtual or in-person conversation focused on creative process, travel mindset, and how you lead storytelling in the field.
Tip: Keep it real. We’d rather see an honest, handheld, in-the-moment story than a perfectly polished studio reel.
