Foth is currently seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to help steward, shape, and evolve the visual identity of an established, growth-oriented science and engineering firm. This hybrid position based in De Pere, WI isideal for a seasoned designer who wants more than production work and is tailored for someone who enjoys owning the details, influencing brand direction, and translating complex, technical information into clear, compelling visuals.
In this position, you’ll lead the design and production of high-impact visual communications across marketing, business development, recruiting, internal communications, and brand initiatives. You’ll bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to elevate consistency, clarity, and craft across every touchpoint as Foth continues to grow, modernize, and expand into new markets and service offerings.
