About the opportunity
Reporting into the Director of Product Design, you'll join the design team focused on Xplor Gym, our all-in-one platform that helps gyms and fitness businesses manage everything from memberships and scheduling to payments and customer engagement. In this role, you will set direction, drive design quality, and elevate the impact of design across Xplor Gym. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to shape strategy, craft end-to-end experiences, and ensure our solutions meet both user and business needs.
You will be part of a talented team of eight designers working across different software products within Xplor. This gives you the opportunity to collaborate, mentor, and influence design culture. As a lead, you will not only own high-impact work within Xplor Gym, but also guide others in raising the design bar and shaping how design contributes to the company’s vision.
