The Advertising Manager oversees the in-house creation of digital and print assets for a range of brand needs, managing the workflow and output of the in-house creative team.
They also support the Senior Manager in shaping strategic direction, ensuring flawless execution, and continuously analyzing Red Bull advertising campaigns and brand partnerships.
The Advertising Manager develops inspiring, engaging campaigns that amplify the World of Red Bull and strengthen the brand’s relevance with the next generation of consumers.
This role requires a blend of creative direction and project management skills, a solid understanding of design and media, a sharp visual sensibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will value the brand’s heritage, be motivated to drive it forward, and be passionate about collaborative, team-based creative development.
IN-HOUSE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Successfully led the entire production process by setting timelines, tracking budgets, prioritizing deliverables, collaborating with internal teams, and establishing milestones with in-house editors in alignment with the campaign team.
Developed and managed in-house production workflows across Brand, Shopper Marketing, Media, and eCommerce; tracked and managed project timelines to ensure all tasks were completed on schedule and all deadlines were met.
Managed the work of the in-house creative team throughout the full project lifecycle, from project coordination and briefing through project delivery and post‑production evaluation.
Held responsibility for thorough and accurate tracking of team resources.
Worked closely with the in-house Advertising Team, Shopper Marketing, and other Brand Marketing stakeholders to regularly communicate project progress, gather creative reviews and approvals, align on priorities in a fast-paced environment, and accurately traffic assets.
Drove ongoing creative optimization by evaluating completed in-house projects, analyzing performance, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
Proactively identified and resolved issues or challenges arising during the in-house production process, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
CREATIVE DIRECTION & IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION SUPERVISION
Lead the creative development of still and moving image assets—such as product key visuals, shopper marketing and eCommerce display banners, adaptations of social media and WebTV advertising assets, sizzle reels, and other creative deliverables as needed—while understanding the target audience and ensuring that all creative output aligns with their interests.
Develop and enforce shopper marketing creative principles across all retailers, with particular emphasis on retailers that have distinct brand identities, acting as a steward of the brand and ensuring that Red Bull brand standards are consistently upheld.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on video, graphics, audio, copy, and color grading to ensure they meet brand guidelines, comply with the technical specifications of the distribution platform, and align with project objectives.
Inspire and enhance the creative development process by identifying gaps and opportunities in existing initiatives and by assessing and highlighting strong creative examples to continuously improve consumer-facing communications.
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive activity to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market and can apply innovative thinking to our own creative assets.
Consistently drive innovation with a focus on emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI).
BRAND STEWARDSHIP & CORPORATE IDENTITY
Support the Senior Advertising Manager and the wider organization by providing consultation on consumer-facing branding, ensuring that all assets align with established brand standards.
Maintain brand standards across national Red Bull entities by advising on new and existing consumer-facing branding, with a particular focus on titled project key visuals and logos, as well as titled event branding, while also addressing other branding needs as required.
Provide support to additional teams across the organization that require Brand Marketing consultation (e.g., On- and Off-Premise Teams).
Develop, maintain, and distribute educational brand identity materials and training resources to promote adherence to brand standards in all consumer-facing communications across the organization.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Successfully lead the project management of key advertising campaigns, ensuring all programs are executed as planned, on time, and within budget.
Manage the launch, maintenance, and wrap-up of campaigns.
Create, maintain, and manage the overall campaign lifecycle timeline, including third-party timelines (e.g., agencies).
Develop comprehensive, strategic, and insightful campaign briefs that drive best-in-class campaigns.
Analyze audience data, consumer insights, activation details, and past campaign learnings and best practices to continually enhance campaign briefs.
Support the ideation and development of the annual Advertising Business Plan.
Work closely with the Media team to continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Lead the development and distribution of campaign reports that highlight performance, learnings, and best practices.
Continuously evaluate and analyze the measurement and results of both individual campaigns and broader programs to inform and improve future campaigns.
Drive the launch and completion of creative-specific brand studies, ensuring growth and evolution across key campaigns.
Ensure proper data integration and compliance for all campaigns.
CAMPAIGN CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for inspiring both external agencies and the in-house creative production team, and for developing and/or sourcing all creative assets required to launch campaigns on time and in line with strategy.
Lead the creative development process across Social, Web TV, Digital Display, SEM, TV, Out-of-Home, and Radio advertising.
Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards.
Submit all creative materials to the required legal review process to secure appropriate above-the-line (ATL) clearances.
Perform quality assurance and proofreading on all creative assets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for planning and executing all work with creative agency partners.
Manage and drive the creative review and approval process from initial concept through production, trafficking, and launch.
Guide and inspire the creative development process by identifying gaps and opportunities in current efforts and by evaluating and sharing creative examples to continually improve consumer-facing communications.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive budget management and tracking for concepting and production activities.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Facilitate ongoing collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle, including briefing, creative development, launch, optimization, results, and key learnings.
Obtain strategic input from relevant cross‑functional stakeholders, including Brand, Sports, Culture, Media House, Shopper Marketing, and eCommerce.
Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with all agency partners.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Lead the in-house creative production team and manage objectives, key results, processes, timelines, required assets, and workflows to ensure a high-performing unit.
Ensure that editors and designers produce creative work that accurately reflects the brand and adheres to brand standards and consistency.
Motivate editors and designers in the execution of their projects, encouraging them to meet and exceed their goals.
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to support professional growth and development.
Foster a high-performing, creative, and results-oriented team culture.
3+ years of creative experience.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Demonstrated track record in creative project management, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
Strong editing and design skills, with in‑depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially for video production.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
