Title: Manager, Audience Growth (Iconic Artists Group)
Overview:
Iconic Artists Group is dedicated to acquiring and actively managing portfolios and intellectual property of legacy music brands. Iconic was formed to fill a void in the music business for artists and to act as a trusted steward for artists’ intellectual property, with the expertise to maximize the value of assets while preserving their legacy.
As Manager, Audience Growth, you will oversee digital marketing and content strategies to grow and engage audiences across our diverse roster of artists. You will play a supportive role in the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and content strategies, assisting in expanding our artists' legacies alongside our Audience Growth and Creative Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation and execution of digital marketing strategies across an assigned roster of artists, focusing on driving audience growth, maintaining artist brand creative direction and enhancing fan engagement.
- Support the development and execution of multi-platform growth strategies across artist socials, YouTube, newsletters, digital optimization, SEO campaigns, strategic content partnerships and more.
- Manage targeted newsletter campaigns and YouTube content strategies, aiding in increasing subscriber engagement and optimizing content visibility.
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement complex digital marketing strategies, ensuring tasks align with the company’s broader goals.
- Oversee content production and creative direction for artist socials and DSPs in collaboration with the Audience Growth and Creative Development teams, supporting broader growth initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and social stats for our artists daily, identifying trends and opportunities for our roster.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in either digital marketing, viral marketing, artist marketing and / or content strategy (particularly within the music industry, marketing / social agency or artist management).
- Proven experience working on the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns that have contributed to increased audience engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Photoshop and Canva for creating marketing materials.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Chartmetric, Google Analytics, social media platform backends and DSP insights, and other relevant platform to the music industry today.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for working cross collaboratively among multiple teams, strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable in current best practices across all digital and social media platforms, continuously learning and applying new trends.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this role is: $65K - $80K depending upon experience.
Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment.
