Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings.
- Manage the dealership websites when necessary.
- Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
- Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities.
- Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements.
- Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
- Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Create basic graphic design materials; Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
- Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling vehicle pricing and website editing.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic graphic design ability; familiarity with Photoshop is a benefit.
Additional Information
Salary: $17/hr
(The Marketing Associate has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.00 and $17.00.)
