Accountabilities:
- Leading the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across PR, social platforms (X, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, YouTube), paid media, and global events.
- Owning and evolving the visual identity for new protocols and initiatives, ensuring consistency while allowing distinct sub-brand differentiation.
- Leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Gemini, Magnific) to accelerate content creation and push creative boundaries.
- Designing high-impact influencer and KOL kits, including motion graphics, branded templates, avatars, and multimedia assets.
- Developing offline and experiential creative for global events, including large-scale installations, booth concepts, and bold PR activations.
- Transforming complex technical data into clear, visually compelling infographics and motion-based storytelling assets.
- Contributing to high-quality video production and editing initiatives to support marketing and community engagement efforts.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with deep understanding of Web3 culture and AI-powered workflows. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in senior marketing design roles, ideally within high-growth tech, Web3, crypto, or leading creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, and crypto-native communities, with the ability to design for diverse audiences ranging from developers to mainstream users.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Blender or Cinema 4D is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven creative workflows, including prompt engineering and maintaining brand consistency across AI-generated assets.
- Experience leading integrated digital campaigns across social, influencer, and event channels.
- Ability to manage creative briefs, timelines, feedback cycles, and QA processes with precision and ownership.
- Strong storytelling, visual communication, and data visualization skills.
