About the Role
Joele Frank is a leading strategic communications firm. From mergers and acquisitions to shareholder activism, to crisis communications and other high-stakes situations that make headlines – we help our clients communicate effectively with their stakeholders when it matters most.
We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Marketing Designer to support new business, digital communications, and firmwide marketing initiatives. This role blends hands-on design work with content coordination, project management, and brand stewardship. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller who can translate complex ideas into polished, compelling visual materials.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and continuously refresh the firm’s library of pitch materials, slide templates, and other design assets
- Design and produce both standard pitch decks and fully customized materials for new business opportunities
- Partner with marketing and business development leads to coordinate, draft, and design custom RFP responses
- Develop visually engaging event collateral, including invitations, one pagers, handouts, and presentation materials
- Coordinate and produce visual content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, ensuring brand alignment and consistency
- Collaborate on the firm’s digital content calendar to support proactive, strategic storytelling
Secondary Responsibilities
- Periodically update website content including team bios, news items, and thought leadership
- Coordinate award submissions and ensure timely, polished entries
- Occasionally assist with entering, cleaning, and reporting CRM and contact data.
- Support competitive intelligence and tracking initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/ majoring in Graphic Design or related field A plus
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand design
- Ability to build polished, executive‑ready presentations
- Experience creating marketing and communication assets using approved templates, including social graphics, one‑pagers, and event materials
- Strong understanding of brand consistency, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in Figma is a plus
- Ability to draft clean and professional copy in the JF brand voice
- Skilled at translating notes and rough inputs into clear, structured content
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with experience maintaining calendars, content pipelines, and shared slide or asset libraries
Salary
$115,000 - $125,000 a year
