We are looking for a meticulous and confident Operations Coordinator to join our Feature Animation team. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the Feature Animation Team, including the Operations Manager, Resource Managers, HR, Recruitment, Facilities, and Tech Support to ensure the optimal process of an employee’s virtual and/or physical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Feature Animation Core Leadership Team in creating and compiling various reports and planning documentation.
• Request Facilities repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion.
• Request Tech Support work requests for Studio spaces, screening rooms, and desks to ensure optimal working environments for FEAT projects, tracking to completion.
• Assist with office management activities, including recruitment, events, and staffing assistance.
• Partnering with current FEAT Show Production Staff to mitigate any requests.
• Reviewing processes to ensure that all aspects of physical and/or virtual production are operating as efficiently as possible.
• Ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to such as Health and Safety regulations and any industry-specific best practice guidelines.
• Working with RMs & FEAT Core Leadership to plan for future expansion or diversification.
• Work with Tech and Operations to ensure all FEAT crew have the correct setup during onboarding.
• Maintain, update and manage the onboarding/ offboarding process and procedure.
• Work on staff initiatives to boost morale and assist in organising events to improve staff experience.

• Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills, ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise their workload and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines.
• Project management skills such as delegation, prioritization, and initiative.
• Excellent computer skills including expert Google Workspace, documentation, spreadsheet, and data management skills.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety protocols/procedures is a plus.
