Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Pre-Press Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This individual will provide basic technical assistance to the customer to facilitate the integration of publisher data and content at Lightning Source. They are held responsible for simple testing, editing, and validating data files to ensure Ingram compliance, as well as communicating to content submitters any issues or concerns with their data while demonstrating the file adjustment to the customer, escalating more complex issues. The Pre-Media Specialist interacts regularly with Client Services, Sales, and Operations via email, phone, ticketing systems, and remote and in-person meetings.

Hiring Salary Range: $19.67/hr - $24.15/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
