What will you do
- Support the design of our app and web portal across UX and UI.
- Assist in defining user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our design system.
- Work with senior designers to translate research and feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers during design handoff and implementation.
- Participate in usability testing, design critiques, and user research sessions.
What skills and traits will help you
- Foundational understanding of UX and visual design principles — layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Curiosity for learning how to design for both mobile and web platforms.
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Clear communicator — able to explain your design decisions and thought process.
