Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design goals.
- Deliver end-to-end design solutions, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals.
- Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.
Requirement
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in fintech related applications.
- Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems, along with a user-centered mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product progress through continuous iteration.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental teamwork.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
