About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our small design team and take ownership of key user flows and features across our AI platform. Working alongside product managers, engineers, and senior designers, you'll solve real problems for financial advisors who need our complex AI to feel simple and intuitive. We need someone who can execute polished designs, think through complex challenges, and collaborate effectively across teams to bring solutions to life.

To give you a sense of the problems you'll be working on, here are some recent projects:

  • The live meeting experience has to work without asking for attention. Advisors are in conversation with clients, and the interface needs to surface what matters in real time without pulling them out of the room.
  • Our AI has to feel native across every platform a financial advisor touches. That means adapting the core experience to tools advisors already live in, without losing coherence or consistency.
  • Sentiment analysis from meetings is only useful if it's scannable in seconds. We're designing the surface layer that turns raw emotional signal into something advisors can act on quickly, without drowning in data.
  • Data sync has to feel invisible. When it breaks, advisors notice immediately. We're simplifying these flows so keeping information up to date stops being something users have to think about.

What You'll Do:

Own design for specific features and flows. You'll take defined problems from concept through to shipped product, making design decisions within your scope and flagging the bigger trade-offs to the team.

Work closely with engineering and product. You'll collaborate directly with engineers to understand constraints and with product managers to make sure you're solving the right problem. You don't need to figure everything out alone, but you'll be expected to drive your own work forward.

Choose the right approach for the moment. Sometimes a rough prototype gets you further than a polished Figma file. Sometimes a quick sketch gets the team aligned faster than a deck. You're developing the judgment to know the difference.

Contribute to the design system. You'll work within our design system and help evolve it, thinking in components and states, not just individual screens.

What You Need:

Product design experience. You've contributed to shipping digital products and understand the full design process from discovery to launch. Two or more years, or the portfolio that proves it.

AI product curiosity. You don't need to have shipped an AI product yet, but you need to be actively thinking about what designing for AI actually means. You're curious about the challenges, not waiting to find out.

Solid craft and execution. You can take a defined problem and produce polished, considered design work. You sweat the details and care about the quality of what ships.

Technical fluency. You can have productive conversations with engineers about constraints and feasibility. You understand enough about how things get built to design realistically.

Comfort working with direction. You're not expected to define the strategy, but you're expected to bring your own thinking. You know when to ask questions and when to move forward.

Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or productivity tools.
  • Advanced prototyping skills beyond Figma, whether through AI tools, HTML/CSS, or other creative approaches.
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments where you've helped scale design practices alongside rapid product releases.
