Product Designer, Monetization Experience
About the Role
As a Product Designer on the Monetization Experience team, you will craft customer-centric digital experiences that drive both user engagement and business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end design projects, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists. Your work will turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences while measuring impact through data and user insights. Accountabilities
- Lead the design of monetization features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, balancing high-fidelity execution with low-fi experimentation.

- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members, advocating for user-centered solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing impactful projects and a strong design process.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design with a human-centric approach.
- Ability to balance high-quality craft with rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Experience designing experiences that led to measurable and sustainable growth results.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and research teams.
- Bias for action and understanding of how design impacts both users and business goals.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, learning and adjusting quickly.
