Accountabilities
- Drive end-to-end product design by defining requirements and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Lead project discovery and delivery, often serving as the main project lead.
- Design and launch high-quality features from initial concepts to final implementation.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to better understand customer needs.
- Make product decisions that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality alongside technical feasibility.
- Contribute to and refine the design system, creating reusable patterns for the product.
- Design solutions that integrate effectively across both software and physical operations.
- Stay updated on new design tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted approaches.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the design process.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-paced companies.
- Experience as a generalist in product design, comfortable with research, UI design, and systems thinking.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven history of driving projects to completion.
- Excellent visual design skills across hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex problems into clear milestones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with a wide range of user research methodologies.
- Interest in new design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
