About the Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of building products that prioritize member health and wellness. You will work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure that our offerings are user-centric and impactful. Your focus will be on creating meaningful experiences that can transform the healthcare journey for our members. With an emphasis on innovation and design excellence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience while fostering a vibrant and inclusive design community.
Accountabilities
- Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment towards it.
- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller employing various techniques.
- Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and evangelize design understanding across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers to enhance collective performance.
- Deliver a UI consistent with the brand's identity.
- Contribute to the design system with documentation for designers and engineers.
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of the product through continuous monitoring and testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience in shipping quality products within cross-functional teams.
- Design mentorship experience in coaching junior designers.
- Full-stack design expertise across UX research, UI design, and visual design.
- Familiarity with AI and innovative design tools.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
