We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (UX) to help shape exceptional digital experiences for a global user base. In this role, you will lead UX research, interaction design, and trust-focused product features, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists. You will have the opportunity to influence end-to-end flows, usability, and content strategy, ensuring that products are intuitive, credible, and engaging. The position offers a remote, part-time setup, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment while continuously learning and growing their skill set. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, engagement, and trust across critical product touchpoints.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct UX research and synthesize findings into prioritized improvements and measurable hypotheses.
- Plan and run usability sessions focused on onboarding, report comprehension, share flows, and micro-review completion.
- Design end-to-end interaction flows, including onboarding, profile metadata capture, report architecture, and safe sharing mechanisms.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to make algorithmic outputs understandable, credible, and actionable for users.
- Develop and maintain a lightweight design system, ensuring visual clarity, professional polish, and usability across components.
- Craft user-friendly content and microcopy that is inclusive, ego-safe, and aligned with product objectives.
- Partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and maintain high-quality standards across features.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, shipping complex web applications.
- Strong UX research, synthesis, and testing skills, including experience with A/B testing.
- Proven experience designing for trust-heavy or sensitive domains such as finance, health, education, or legal.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work proactively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and continuously learning to improve processes and outputs.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to LatAm are a plus.
- Nice-to-have: experience with publishing tools, peer review workflows, citation products, or analytics/admin dashboard design.
