This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic product management with hands-on design expertise. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into intuitive, visually engaging user experiences while aligning product decisions with overarching business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design process from concept to implementation, leveraging user research and data to inform decisions. Accountabilities:
- Own the design process from concept through execution, ensuring a cohesive and functional product.
- Translate customer and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to research, design, and test user experiences.
- Develop and maintain visual assets and design documentation for implementation.
- Apply design systems and libraries to create consistent, high-quality interfaces.
- Conduct user journey analyses to inform product decisions and optimize usability.
- Ensure that design solutions meet usability, accessibility, and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
- Strategic approach to design, considering usability, accessibility, and business impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Experience in user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this design tool).
