Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, translating customer needs into intuitive and functional user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to conduct user research, design, and prototype new experiences.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user scenarios for product screens and flows.
- Create visual assets and maintain design guidelines for consistent implementation.
- Utilize design systems and libraries, including ShadCN, to assemble interface elements efficiently.
- Analyze user journeys and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strategic approach to design thinking.
- Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma, and experience with prototyping and wireframing.
- Skilled in user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
- Solid visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote work environment.
- Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor to contribute positively to team culture.
- Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this tool) and experience with design systems and symbol libraries.
