This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Production/Studio Designer - Advertising in Uruguay.
The Production/Studio Designer will play a key role in delivering high-volume, high-quality creative assets for social media and eCommerce platforms. You will work within collaborative creative teams, transforming templated designs into multiple variations while maintaining strict brand consistency. This role emphasizes execution, efficiency, and precision, ensuring assets are production-ready and optimized for performance-driven campaigns. You will interact with creative leads and project managers to meet tight deadlines, while contributing to scalable systems for creative production. The position offers an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, supporting global brands and diverse marketing initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Transform templated designs into multiple high-quality variations for social media, eCommerce, and digital campaigns.
  • Produce secondary imagery and enhanced content, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining production accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers to align deliverables with campaign goals.
  • Maintain organized, production-ready files for efficient handoff and future use.
  • Contribute to templated and design systems that support scalable creative output.
  • Assist with basic animation, motion handoffs, and digital placement preparation as required.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in production or studio design, preferably in an agency or high-volume creative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Experience producing social-first, digital content at scale.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have: experience with paid social asset versioning, eCommerce enhanced content, TikTok ad trends, HTML/CSS for digital placements, Figma, ticketing systems (Asana, Monday, Jira), and scaling high-volume creative production.
