Accountabilities
- Drive experience design strategy for customer-led projects.
- Collaborate across product teams to create elegant design solutions.
- Simplify complexity when communicating with stakeholders.
- Lead user experience research to inform design decisions.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research.
- Facilitate collaboration among Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
- Create visual artifacts such as prototypes and wireframes.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and pattern library.
- Stay updated on design tools and best practices.
- Mentor junior design team members.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in user experience and UX design/development.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes.
- Experience facilitating design and product discovery sessions.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Solid collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and creativity.
- Experience with design tools and prototyping methods.
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Experience in Agile development processes.
- E-commerce and responsive design experience is a plus.
