Remote Product Design Lead

In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions. Accountabilities
- Lead in the discovery, design, and build of products already in the design phase or from scratch
- Design interfaces that are simple, functional, and elegant for complex systems
- Act as a steward for our design system
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions
- Influence future vision and strategic decisions with product and executive teams
- Provide impactful feedback to other designers, aiding in skill development
- Ensure products meet usability standards for efficiency and user satisfaction
- Champion user-centric designs by understanding user motivations
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design processes
- Maintain UI designs consistent with brand guidelines and standards
- Gather peer and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant product design experience (ticketing industry experience preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing understanding of information hierarchy and good usability practices
- Expertise in providing feedback in design reviews
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationales
- Advanced understanding of user experience principles
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Strong understanding of the design and product development processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of web structure and technologies like HTML and CSS
