About the Role

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping user experiences for a security-focused package management tool. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex ideas into user-friendly designs, ensuring optimal usability in high-security environments. This position requires creativity and a strong understanding of user needs, allowing you to have a meaningful impact on software delivery processes while working fully remotely.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop interfaces.
- Conduct UX research and testing to gather user feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Define early product concepts and execute effective visual designs for applications.
- Maintain user personas and empathize with end-users across teams.
- Collaborate with developers to create intuitive mobile and desktop interfaces.
- Document UI solutions and contribute to the shared component library.
- Ensure high-quality user experience and integrate user feedback into designs.
- Work closely with other product teams to ensure cross-product integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, especially with enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-user designs.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and shared design libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Experience in facilitating design sessions and user engagements remotely.
- Strong understanding of security concepts related to software delivery.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
