Accountabilities
- Oversee the user experience of a product from concept to launch alongside other designers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including product managers and engineers.
- Design at a system level, considering the entire user journey rather than isolated elements.
- Deliver intuitive user flows that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Enhance design systems by improving and expanding components.
- Solicit and provide feedback to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience designing digital products on web or native apps.
- Strong background in UX and UI design, with skills in visual design.
- Portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with AI design workflows is a plus.
- Strong prototyping skills.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience working with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
