Accountabilities
- Lead design for key products across core offerings — insurance, safety, repairs, and beyond.
- Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
- Partner with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and turn insights into design.
- Create elegant, frictionless experiences that drive engagement and retention.
- Build and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and visual excellence.
- Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance the user experience.
- Raise the bar for UX and visual design in clarity and craft.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and UX in shipped consumer products.
- 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end from research to launch.
- Experience in building and evolving design systems with engineering.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments and shipping quality work quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
