In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience for both consumer-facing products and enterprise tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design process aligns with the needs of users and stakeholders. Your expertise in UX research and design will contribute to crafting exemplary digital experiences that result in operational efficiencies and improved user satisfaction. Accountabilities
- Support the UX teams in both India and US with research requests including scoping initiatives.
- Coordinate testing needs and synthesize findings to enhance user experiences.
- Facilitate in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative research like moderated testing and surveys.
- Assist the team in keeping the ongoing research library up-to-date.
- Build wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines.
- Enable a test and iterate approach for product development.

- Strong Wireframing and prototyping abilities.
