Remote Senior Service Designer

Accountabilities
- Lead service discovery and design strategy initiatives.
- Create end-to-end journey maps and service blueprints.
- Facilitate workshops for co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate user and operational data into actionable insights.
- Conduct usability testing and service pilots.
- Collaborate with product teams to align service design with product execution.
- Champion inclusive design principles across all service offerings.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate design practices.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in service design or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end service design projects.
- Expertise in journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Strong systems thinking ability and experience mapping complex ecosystems.
- Proven ability to conduct and analyze research across various stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially for conveying complex ideas.
- Commitment to inclusive and human-centered design principles.
- Ability to adapt and continuously learn emerging methods and tools.
