Accountabilities
- Establish scalable programs and systems that deliver customer insights and enable teams to engage directly with customers and users.
- Lead strategic initiatives that inform product strategy and deliver substantial customer value impacting multiple departments.
- Enhance the influence of the Design organization by sharing customer insights and leading workshops.
- Mentor designers and project managers, helping them gather better customer insights through feedback.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact.
- Independence in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights.
- Skills in leading the discovery process from ambiguity to actionable insights.
- Strong ability to mentor and influence senior management teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalations.
- Case studies required to showcase impact across content design projects.
- Willingness to explore AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
