In this multifaceted role, you will define and enhance the digital presence of the organization, impacting brand and business outcomes. You will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of a high-quality digital experience across the company's websites. Using AI-driven workflows and performance metrics, you'll work in a build–test–learn environment to iterate and refine the design, making significant contributions to the company’s growth initiatives. Accountabilities
- Own the design, structure, and evolution of the company's website.
- Establish and operate a continuous experimentation model for design.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate website production and improve workflows.
- Analyze key performance metrics to inform and enhance design decisions.
- Build scalable web solutions, including reusable components and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading website design projects from concept to execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital experiences and UX principles.
- Expertise in web design platforms like Webflow or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI workflows for efficient project execution.
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
