How You’ll Contribute
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Brand Designer with a strong blend of performance creative and graphic design expertise. You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creating high-converting designs, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond crafting visually compelling work, you're a collaborative team player - eager to share feedback and ensure every project aligns with both marketing objectives and measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with marketing specialists, understanding how design decisions directly impact their performance metrics and business results.
This is a hands-on position to accelerate design excellence across our brand identity and marketing communications. You'll deliver design solutions primarily for Spanish-speaking markets, leveraging your understanding of cultural nuances, local marketing trends, and audience behaviors, with potential to expand to other markets. Design for paid advertising, social media, events, print collateral,l and more to ensure we deliver communications that convert. As a senior contributor, you'll independently manage stakeholder relationships, prioritize competing demands, and drive process improvements that benefit the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end design: Execute all visual design stages - from concept to final project, managing multiple projects simultaneously with growing autonomy in day-to-day prioritization, while aligning major priorities and decisions with Design Lead or Head of Brand Design
Content production: Edit, optimize, and produce high-performing video content specifically for paid ads and social reels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Create and adapt static assets and edit video content for paid campaigns, leveraging existing motion templates and collaborating with the in-house motion designer when needed.
Template development: Create scalable templates within our brand portal (Frontify) for digital assets - social media, ads, and email marketing, ensuring that they are both on-brand and optimized for performance, collaborating closely with marketing specialists to understand metrics and translate data insights into effective creative solutions
Marketing collateral: Design traditional print materials, event assets, brochures, ebooks, and other marketing collateral.
Brand consistency: Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms, maintaining a unified brand identity while contributing to brand evolution initiatives
Data-driven design: Use performance metrics and audience insights to inform creative decisions across all brand initiatives, moving beyond subjective preferences to measurable impact
Collaboration & Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to your colleagues.
Process and AI innovation: Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements, efficiency gains, and AI tool integration (e.g. Ideogram, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, HeyGen, FreePik) to enhance team productivity and efficiency
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and performance creative work
Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social and digital advertising
What We’re Looking For
Firstly, CVs in English please, including a portfolio link (A portfolio must be included in order for us to consider your application).
7+ years of professional Brand Design experience
Experience in ensuring the holistic application of brand standards across all design touch points
Hands-on video editing experience—from raw footage to final delivery, with a focus on content for ads and social media (e.g., reels, short-form video)
Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates,..) and how design influences performance
Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate based on performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands, coupled with a strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design, demonstrating measurable success in paid advertising creatives
Experience with Frontify or similar DAM/brand management platforms is a big plus
Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
Great at problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to independently prioritize, negotiate deadlines, and manage expectations
Positive and constructive attitude. You handle tight deadlines and pressure without issue and maintain a structured workflow
Self-starter with proven ability to manage workload without supervision while maintaining high quality standards and being a great team player
Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows and proactively identify new efficiency opportunities
Fluent in Spanish and English, with professional experience creating design solutions for Spanish-speaking markets preferred
Location & Availability:
Remote role, based in LATAM
Working hours should allow for regular overlap with European team members; exact start and end times may vary depending on the candidate’s location
